WunWun's on-demand network of Helpers is composed of individuals and professionals from around the community carefully selected to fulfill your needs and provide knowledgeable assistance.
After your request is received, a designated Helper is assigned to see it through.
When a request requires a specialized service provider, such as a personal chef or masseuse, WunWun acts as your personal concierge to select the perfect one for you.
You never have to worry about booking services and handling logistics, WunWun manages this for you.

$15 Flat Fee for Delivery
Need something delivered? Your favorite cupcakes. A gift to your brother for his birthday. Get what you need delivered instantly for just $15! Oversized deliveries like a sofa or desk are priced upon request.
$2 for Every 5 Minutes for Services
Need your dog walked or a shelf hung? This falls under our service offerings, which are just $2 for every 5 minutes.

Looking for a suggestion? New in town? Need an idea of what to get your brother for his birthday? The best place to take a vegetarian on a first date in New York City? With our on-demand network in each location we can reach out to them to suggest the best option for you. When possible, we even take it a step further to provide you with helpful hints and tips associated with our suggestion, such as a great dish to order or the best way to get there!

Open 24 hours a day 7 Days a Week
We're here for you when you need us. WunWun is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Requests submitted between 9:01PM and 8:59AM are charged slighty more. Pricing is just $2.50 for every 5 minutes of service, or $20.00 flat fee for deliveries.
Pricing does not include the cost of products or supplies necessary to complete your service.
Services requested may not break any local or federal laws.
Pricing is subject to change daily.
Some services are provided by WunWun employees, and if they cannot be they are outsourced to professionals.
If your job requires driving, a $.50 / mile reimbursment will be applied.
Any expenses paid for will be added as an expense with a 3% surcharge to cover the cost of credit card fees.
Deliveries will be completed are guaranteed to be completed on the same day, as soon as possible.
Should you need a delivery by a certain time, our helpers will use public transportation
and you will be passed along the charges. (Not including requests scheduled in advance.)
The $15 flat fee rate applies to deliveries that begin in manhattan and end in manhattan all the the way up to 99th street.
Tipping is not included but please do not tip the helper in cash, once your request is
finished we will email you and give you a chance to tip the helper.
For service requests there is a 30 minute minimum charge per request.

Locations
Currently WunWun is testing a Beta service in New York City. However, you may make a request that requires us to leave the city limits, such as making a delivery from New York City to New Jersey, or picking up a couch in Brooklyn, Long Island etc. Please note that when a request requires us to leave New York City, the total job charge will include the miles and time it takes for us to get to the job destination and back, as well as any bridge or tunnel tolls that may be incurred on your behalf.
